Delivery Time

The delivery time is 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We will also keep you updated by email about the progress of your delivery.

The stated delivery times are estimates calculated from the day the order is ready for dispatch, taking into account the transport time.

If you place your order on a Friday or during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) after 3:00 p.m., your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Order Confirmation

Once the payment has been processed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. After the confirmation email has been sent, the processing of your order will begin.

Payment for Orders

The order will be charged at the time of purchase. All payments are made in euros. Paying in a local currency means that your bank will handle the currency conversion; it will convert the amount from euros to your local currency on your behalf.
